Pagehealing is making a podcast, and podcast creator is a brand new role. Nothing has been recorded yet, which is the best possible moment to arrive. The first episodes are still yours to shape.

What we are making
There is no episode one yet, and that is the honest starting point. We have made posts, run workshops and sat in rooms with people who needed a kind afternoon. A podcast is the piece we have not built, so the people who take this role first get to decide what the whole thing sounds like.
We want to talk about what actually takes up room in your head: exam season, sleep, burnout, the pressure to seem fine. Less leaflet, more two people being honest with each other.

How an episode comes together
This is the shape we are starting with. You do not have to want all four parts of it, and nobody does all four on their own.

Pitch it
Bring a topic you care about. A paragraph is plenty to start a conversation.
step 02
Read and write
Read around it, then write it so it sounds like a person talking and not a leaflet being read aloud.
step 03
Record it
A quiet room, a phone or a microphone, and someone to talk to. That is the whole setup.
step 04
Cut it
Trim the long pauses, tidy the ends, and it is an episode.

Make the episodes, or run the series
Both are open right now, and both go through the same short form. If it is the leadership place you want, say so when you apply.
A creator place
Plans, records and edits episodes on the things students are actually dealing with.

- Pitch a topic, or help write, record and cut the next episode.

- You have opinions about audio, or you just want to try. Both are fine.

Leadership positions are open on the podcast as well as creator places, so there is room to run the thing rather than only appear on it.
