Our web host keeps request logs
The site is hosted by Vercel, and like every web host their servers log each request: your IP address, the page, the time and your browser. We cannot switch that off, and nobody here reads them.

What does happen
Four things, and none of them are us watching you.
Sign-ups go through Google Forms
Both volunteer forms are Google Forms, so what you type goes to Google under their privacy policy. The answers land in an account the committee controls. We never ask you for money.
Emails you send us
If you write to us, we have your email address and whatever you wrote, in a Gmail inbox the committee shares.
Two settings your browser remembers
Whether the sound effects are on, and whether Delilah has shown you her hint. Both sit in your browser's local storage, never reach us, and clear when you clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Email pagehealingofficial@gmail.com and a real person will answer.
We are based in Hong Kong, so the PDPO applies to us. Volunteers in the UK and Europe also have rights under the GDPR, and we will honour those wherever you are rather than making you prove which set applies.
Volunteering with us is for people aged eighteen and over. Anyone can read the site.
