Physical health
What different diseases and disorders actually do to a body, and which of them can be prevented.
the longer version
A youth non-profit run by students in Hong Kong. Every week we take one of three topics and turn it into something you can actually use.

We are Pagehealing, a youth non-profit organization that:
Those DMs are on Instagram, at @pagehealing_.
one thing at a time
We mainly post on a weekly schedule, each week we talk about one of our main 3 topics: physical health, mental health or study tips.
What different diseases and disorders actually do to a body, and which of them can be prevented.
Disorders explained gently and in plain words, and the awareness that has to come with them.
Ways of working that take the stress out of revision and make studying easier and more effective.
Three topics, on a loop, week after week. The bigger things, the workshops and the talks, sit alongside them on our projects page.
and this is how it lands
Five pairs of hands touch one post. Here is the whole run, so you can see where you would fit before you pick a part of it.
One of the three. Everybody works on the same one, so the whole week has a shape.
They conduct detailed research on the topic given, and gather the information the rest of us use.
They write the content on the topic, and elaborate on the research that came back.
They create the visual designs and the aesthetic elements of the topic, plus posters when there is an event.
The post and the reel land on Instagram, and the DMs stay open underneath them.
You do the part you picked, once a week. The rest of it is somebody else's favourite thing.
